SUMMARY:BrownBag Lunch with Justin Colvard (Mercy Corps): Climate and Conflict in Mali
DESCRIPTION:How do you boost the potato market in a conflict-affected region of the Sahel while promoting land rights for populations on the move? Mercy Corps’ Strategic Response Manager\, Justin Colvard\, returns from a 3-month assignment in Mali\, where he led the team to scale up their climate and conflict work and adapt to the growing insecurity and dynamic socio-political context of the region. \n\n\n\nJoin us on 27th February 2024 at 12h for a Brown Bag lunch to learn more about how Mercy Corps and other organizations are supporting resilience of agropastoral communities in Mali. \n\n\n\nDon’t forget to bring your lunch! \n\n\n\nThere are two ways to attend: \n\n\n\n\n– Hub Members may join physically or remote.\n\n\n\n– Other professionals in the ecosystem of peace and justice may only join remotely.\n\n\n\n\nAre you interested in joining the session? Please get in touch with our Programming Team at programming@humanityhub.net
